Our first Destin beach home “Slice of Paradise” has been a huge success with families. We have now built “Another Slice of Paradise” immediately adjacent to this house, complete with enhancements. “Another Slice of Paradise” is slightly larger in size with a very similar floor plan. It has two striking master suites both with jetted tubs and HUGE travertine walk in showers, complete with body sprays. The private pool is 60% larger and the pool deck has a great tropical feel with palm trees and landscaping inside the pool fence. For the Moms, we have installed two dishwashers, two oversize front-loading washer/dryers, two stoves so you can maximize beach time with your kids and grandkids. There is not another beach house in Destin that offers this convenience.

This gulf view home is directly across the street (Scenic Gulf Drive) from the beach and offers great views of the gulf. Walk less than 50 feet to gated access to over 1,100 feet of private beach. What is it you want when you go to the beach? For our family, it’s a desire for a stress-free vacation with no problems or distractions. A thoroughly clean house that is entirely updated. A great value and a house that is the envy of your “beach” neighbors. Conveniences and appointments that exceed that which you have at your own home. A place to feel comfortable, a place you don’t want to leave when the week comes to an end.

My wife and I have poured our heart and soul into these homes to make this experience a reality for our family and yours. We want you to be “wowed” when you come to our beach homes. We have hosted honeymoons, a 50th wedding anniversary, celebrations commemorating cancer remission, frequent three (and sometimes four) generation family gatherings, corporate functions, missionaries. For most families, their week here is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to gather together and to celebrate life. We want that time to be precious and indelibly memorable.

The First Floor is great for the kids with a pyramid bunk bed and twin bed (chair pullouts) in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom with:

Also on the third floor are two other bedrooms (king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom), each with its own private bathroom; whole house sound, and a large gulf front balcony with great views.

Also included in the home is a private 8ft X 25ft pool (heated seasonally, pool heating charge applies) and large deck area, elevator, two car garage to shelter and protect your vehicles, and an outside shower.
